If any issues arise with an order, we are always willing to work with customers to find a resolution, making chargebacks unnecessary. All packages must be inspected upon delivery. Damage or order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Reports made after this timeframe cannot be accommodated due to inventory purposes.
