PREORDERS: By placing a PREORDER, I acknowledge that this item is a pre-order and that the delivery date is not guaranteed. I confirm that I have read and understand the full product description, including all stated turnaround times. I understand that pre-orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
By placing an order, I understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, order changes, or cancellations.
All orders have a 3–10 business-day processing time for ready-to-ship items, excluding weekends and holidays. This does not apply to pre-orders. Please refer to each listing for pre-order processing and turnaround times. We do not offer rush orders at this time.
Once your order has been transferred to UPS, we're no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed by the customer directly through the official shipping carrier’s website.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damages, missing items, or order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery for inventory purposes. Issues reported after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
We ship internationally worldwide. Please note that we are a United States–based shop, and international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
