Final Sale: All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if an issue is reported within 3 days of delivery. Issues reported after this timeframe cannot be accommodated. Prices, promotions, and flash sales are subject to change without notice, and price adjustments are only available if your order was placed within 24 hours of a change.
Color and Design Disclaimer:
Please note that colors and designs may vary slightly due to differences in item materials, screen settings, browsers, and display devices. Minor color variations should be expected and do not qualify as defects. Additionally, all items are handmade, and slight variations in design, placement, or finish are normal and part of the handmade process. We use multiple high-quality printing methods depending on the item you receive; all methods are durable and made to last. If you have questions about print techniques, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing Time:
All ready-to-ship items have a 3–10 business-day processing time, excluding weekends and holidays. This timeframe does not apply to pre-orders. Please review each listing for specific pre-order processing and turnaround times. We do not offer rush orders at this time.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Once your order has been transferred to UPS, LSS is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any claims regarding lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly by the customer through the official shipping carrier’s website.
We ship internationally worldwide. Please note that we are a United States–based shop, and international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damages, missing items, or order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery for inventory purposes.
